His passion for exercise physiology developed during his own rehabilitation after a serious sport injury in 1998. During his studies he worked at the University Gym providing its members with personal training and health and fitness programs.

He started his career working at a physiotherapy clinic (SportsMedSaar) attached to the Olympic training facility in Germany. Having the opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary team, with a wide range of patients including athletes of Team Germany (Jan Frodeno) – Triathlon, Marc Zwiebler– Badminton, Professional Football Club  (1.FC Saarbrücken) and Porsche race car driver Timo Bernhard.

This helped to acquire an extensive knowledge of state-of-the-art rehabilitation methods.

Matthew Braberzon

Matthew Brabazon graduated from Griffith University with a Bachelor of Exercise Science and a Graduate Diploma of Exercise Science and has been an accredited Exercise Physiologist with ESSA since 2013.

Matthew is passionate about using hydrotherapy for the delivery of exercises for prevention and management of chronic diseases and injuries. He specialises in creating tailored exercise programs for individuals of all ages to improve their health and wellbeing and has extensive experience with treating chronic conditions such as diabetes, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.

Katharina Joseph

Katharina Joseph Graduated 2008 in Hamburg, Germany from her Physiotherapy studies. She further obtained additional certificates in lymphatic drainage training, PNF, Kinesio taping and nutrition coaching.

In December 2021 she completed an additional diploma in remedial massage and a Shiatsu Level 1 certificate.

Her hobbies are swimming, kickboxing and dancing.

From early on she had a deep interest in medicine and found her passion in her profession as a Physiotherapist.

She can be best described as a as a kind, caring and open-minded person.

Kiara Lanphier

Kiara completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPhty) and Equine Science (BEqSc) degrees. She has also obtained an additional certificate in dry needling. Her journey into physiotherapy began with a deep interest in how the body moves and functions, inspiring her to pursue a career focused on helping others improve their mobility and well-being.

She has worked with people from all aspects of life, across different ages, from paediatric to aged care, supporting clients in enhancing their strength, movement, and overall quality of life.

Her hobbies include powerlifting, spending time at the gym, and exploring the beaches of the Gold Coast. She has recently taken an interest in learning footvolley and surfing.

Kiara is known for her compassionate approach to patient care, focusing on creating personalised therapy plans that align with her clients’ goals and lifestyles. She is committed to helping clients achieve their full potential in what they find important, keeping every session centred on them.

Asief Iqbal

Meet Asief, a seasoned physiotherapist with six years of dedicated practice in the field. Armed with a comprehensive understanding of human anatomy, biomechanics, and rehabilitation techniques, Asief has honed his skills through years of hands-on experience and continual professional development. Specializing in assessing and treating a diverse range of musculoskeletal conditions, he possesses a compassionate approach that fosters trust and collaboration with their patients. Asief is adept at designing personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s unique needs, guiding them on their journey to optimal health and functional recovery. With a deep commitment to promoting wellness and enhancing quality of life, Asief is a valued physiotherapist dedicated to empowering others to live their fullest, most active lives.

Ryan Bewley

Ryan is a physiotherapist who graduated from Griffith University on the Gold Coast in 2021. He also has a degree in Exercise Science and has obtained his certificate in Dry Needling.

His hobbies include running, surfing, soccer and coffee.

He is passionate about working with the elderly and ensuring their quality of life and independence is maintained. He uses a variety of manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation to treat pain, injuries, osteoarthritis, neurological conditions such as stroke and Parkinson’s Disease, falls prevention and improve overall health and wellbeing.

Ben Adivi​

Ben completed a Doctor of Physiotherapy degree at Bond University in 2010. Since then, he has gained extensive experience in residential aged care and home care/community. He has a passion for working with older adults and improving their quality of life. In his spare time, Ben enjoys music, exercise and, of course, the beach!

We service the entire Gold Coast, from Tweed Heads in the south, all the way up to Pimpama on the northern end, and to Tambourine Mountain in the west.

We offer a broad range of allied health services, conveniently in your home. We are specialised in providing physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology and Massage Therapy as a mobile in-home service and Hydrotherapy at multiple pool locations across the Gold Coast.

Our main advantages are that our team of Allied Health professionals are experts in the field. Each practitioner can draw from a long work experience and a rich knowledge to design individually tailored treatment programs to achieve the best possible outcome.
